General policy

Because our services may involve custom creative and technical work, refund eligibility depends on the signed project proposal, services completed, and payments already made.

Cancellation requests

Clients should submit cancellation requests in writing through our contact page, including their project reference and the reason for the request.

Assessment and resolution

We review requests fairly against the agreed scope, project progress, non-refundable third-party purchases, and applicable consumer law. Any approved refund amount and processing timeframe will be confirmed in writing.

Do not publish a refund guarantee or numerical cancellation window until TSS USA INC's actual commercial policy is approved.
